Today's generation comes with a lot of pre-conceived notions of how one must look. Trying to fit in puts a lot of pressure on an individual and not being able to meet these expectations leads to body image issues, low self esteem, depression and anxiety. Learning to accept oneself as they are is the biggest turning point in life. You may be skinny, fat, you may have acne or freckles, if you master the art of being flawed there's no turning back!
